PeopleTide Terms

These terms summarize how we provide PeopleTide products and how you may use them. If you have a signed agreement, that document controls where it differs.

Using PeopleTide

  • You need an active account and accurate information to access PeopleTide products.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and managing user access in your tenant.
  • Acceptable use excludes illegal activity, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Customer data

  • You own your data. We process it to deliver the services as outlined in our Privacy Notice.
  • Keep backups as needed; we maintain redundancy and disaster recovery for the platform.
  • You can request export or deletion of your data subject to applicable law and contract terms.

Availability & changes

  • We aim for high availability and will communicate planned maintenance windows.
  • Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We may suspend accounts for security risk, abuse, or unpaid invoices after notice.

Liability & legal

  • Services are provided “as is” except as stated in a signed agreement or order form.
  • Limitation of liability applies as defined in your agreement with PeopleTide.
  • These terms are governed by applicable law noted in your contract; disputes follow that venue.
